Things you should know:
- In case of rain, only individual outdoor events may be affected. Everything else will go on as scheduled.
- All pets entering the fairgrounds MUST be caged or kept on a leash at all times.
- There will be NO Poultry permitted on the fairgrounds.
- The Newport Fair Board of Directors reserves the right to approve or deny any vendor.
Admission:
Admission will be charged to every individual entering the grounds during event hours. Admission fees are as follows:

- Gate proceeds help support the Fair and local community programs. Hand stamps will be provided with paid admission.
- Each vendor agreement includes two (2) complimentary entry tickets total for the duration of the Fair. Vendors may use both tickets on the same day or one per day; however, only two total tickets are provided. Tickets must be surrendered at the gate upon entry. All additional helpers, employees, or family members must pay regular fair admission.
- VIOLATORS MAY BE ASKED TO PAY OR LEAVE THE FAIRGROUNDS.
